Fiscal Specialist – Hybrid - Staged Hiring Bonus!

Seeking full-time (37.5 hours/week) Fiscal Specialist. Job responsibilities include the bookkeeping duties for the Money Management Program’s (MMP) Representative Payee component. In addition, the position will assist the Fiscal Department with various duties, most specifically those related to debit card and on-line purchase transactions.

A high school diploma is required/college degree preferred. Individuals also need a minimum of one year’s bookkeeping experience, strong computer skills, experience with QuickBooks or comparable software. They should have a reliable vehicle and insurance. The individual must also receive satisfactory results of an extended background and credit check. Must have moderate physical mobility. Candidates should have the ability to multitask, keep accurate records, and have a strong attention to detail. Able to document clearly and communicate effectively with various departments, employees, and consumers.

• Non-negotiable Salary: $47,541 - $48,555 annually
• Staged Hiring Bonus: $1,000; awarded half at 120 days and half at one year.
