What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advantage Case Manager position at Elder Care?

We are hiring a Case Manager to join our Advantage team. Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree with one year of experience providing direct care with the aging population or LPN/RN license. This opening requires a caring professional who wants to make a difference in the lives of others. This is a long-term contract position with a pay range between $38.00 and $48.00 per hour.
