Summary
We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and Home Care Aides (HOM) to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to seniors in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. Your contributions will be vital in helping us maintain our commitment to high-quality care. Pick your own schedule, we have days, nights and Live-In shifts available.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship & emotional support to enhance quality of life for seniors.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.
Requirements
- Current Physical, Titers, Quantiferon or PPD and drug test.
- Background Check
- Experience in senior care of 6 months minimum or related fields.
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach towards patients.
- Authorized to work in the United States
