This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Clinical Services at the Schoke JFS location in Stamford, CT. The Director of Clinical Services will oversee and manage a multidisciplinary team, ensure high-quality delivery of mental health and social service programs, and lead staff through training and development initiatives. Responsibilities also include program development, compliance with all applicable regulations, and fostering collaborative relationships with community partners.
- Knowledge and experience in Mental Health, Behavioral Health, and related fields
- Familiarity with Medicine and Home Care services coordination
- Proven experience in staff development, mentorship, and Training
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensure in a relevant field, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, is required
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a clinical setting
- Knowledge of community resources and commitment to culturally competent care
