Sales Representative – Jewelry Company

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing jewelry company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, managing existing accounts, promoting our jewelry and diamond products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities and business accounts.
• Present and sell diamonds, jewelry, and custom jewelry products.
• Manage customer orders, follow-ups, quotations, and payments.
• Attend jewelry trade shows and customer appointments when required.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records in the company's system.
• Achieve individual and company sales goals.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Accounting, and Management teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience; jewelry or diamond industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Knowledge of diamonds and jewelry is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional.
• Ability to travel for customer visits and trade shows when required.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
