Inventory Manager – Jewelry Company
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to manage and control our jewelry, diamond, gold, and gemstone inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
- Handle physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Track jewelry, diamonds, gold, gemstones, memo, and consignment inventory.
- Coordinate inventory movement with Sales, Accounting, and Operations.
- Maintain proper documentation for receiving, selling, returning, and transferring inventory.
- Ensure inventory is securely stored and properly controlled.
Requirements:
- Previous inventory management experience; jewelry/diamond industry experience preferred.
- Strong Excel and ERP skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with high-value inventory and maintain accurate records.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
