Guest Service Representative/Front Desk
We are looking for an exceptional Guest Service Associates join our team to handle the front line, operations of the front desk. You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests are taken care of throughout the day as well as checkout/check in. Additional duties may include night audit tasks. An above-par work ethic, trustworthiness, integrity, initiative, attention to detail, and a genuine care for people (guests and co-workers) are essential. As is flexibility; you could be asked to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
