Located at The Battery Atlanta, next to Truist Park, we're looking for a results-driven Restaurant Manager who is passionate about developing people, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and leading high-performing teams.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, coach, and develop front-of-house team members into confident, service-driven professionals.
- Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Train and mentor leads, trainners and hourly team members to uphold El Super Pan's service standards.
- Drive sales while managing labor, controllable costs, and operational performance.
- Analyze business results and implement action plans to achieve restaurant goals.
- Ensure outstanding food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
- Lead by example during high-volume service, game days, and special events.
- Foster an environment where every guest feels welcomed like family.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
- Proven success developing and coaching teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Results-oriented mindset with experience managing sales, labor, and profitability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Spanish is a plus, but not required.
