Requirements
This position requires the following:
- 2 years of prior bar management experience is required
- Knowledge of spirits, bar tending, and drink-making
- Understanding of and passion for Latin culture and cuisine
- Ability to train and perform all bar duties
- Ability to manage employees effectively and efficiently
- Coaching employees with a positive demeanor and helping them reach their potential
- Creating a team-building environment
- Understanding how to read and manage beverage budget
- Understanding costing of bar items
- Ability to manage controllable costs, including labor and beverage costs
- Performing daily inventory and placing orders to meet daily pars
- Properly scheduling staff
- Properly open and close restaurant according to company standards and SOPs
- Other duties as assigned by management team
