Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests
- Guide guests through the menu, including food, drinks, and daily specials
- Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system promptly
- Deliver food and beverages with proper timing and presentation
- Maintain your section, ensuring tables are clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, bartenders, and support team to ensure smooth service
- Anticipate guest needs—refills, condiments, and overall experience
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
- Process payments accurately, including cash and credit transactions
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred, but not required—we value attitude and work ethic
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha, Micros, or similar) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and alcohol service
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
