You’re bilingual, patient, and reliable. Maybe you’ve worked in customer service before and you’re ready to work somewhere stable, where your time and skills actually matter.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer incoming calls and help clients with simple questions.
- Take detailed messages and follow-ups.
- Speak with clients in both English and Spanish.
- Use Microsoft Excel and basic internet tools to stay organized.
- Help create a smooth, respectful client experience.
What You Need to Bring
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
- Friendly phone voice and ability to really listen.
- Comfortable with computers (Excel, internet).
- Can multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Willing to work on-site — this is not a remote position.
- Able to pass a background check.
