This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation located in El Paso, TX. The Assistant Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of various parks and recreation facilities, providing supervisory support to staff, and ensuring compliance with all public administration policies. The role will also involve managing budgets, planning and coordinating recreational programs, and overseeing facility maintenance and management.
- Experience in Recreation and Facility Management (FM)
- Strong Supervisory Skills
- Knowledge of Public Administration principles
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Parks and Recreation Management, Public Administration, or related field
