El Futuro is seeking a part-time, temporary Project Manager to help coordinate our Immigrant Mental Health Solidarity Network project. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive project management support, including tracking deliverables, managing timelines, monitoring data and budget expenditures, and ensuring alignment with project goals. The individual will support outcomes reporting and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Coordinating, tracking and facilitating the successful implementation of the project deliverables.
- Data management, monitoring and reporting.
- Monitoring and reporting budget expenditures.
- Coordinating and facilitating stakeholder engagement activities, including scheduling and leading meetings, preparing agendas, and taking detailed notes.
- Supporting the development and execution of communication and marketing strategies.
- Managing internal and external communications to ensure timely and effective information flow among stakeholders.
- Maintaining project documentation and materials in a manner that is organized and easy to use for all team members.
- Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a statewide convening; a one-time, multi-stakeholder event, including logistics, coordination, and follow-up.
This role part-time and temporary, working an average of 15-20 hours per week, through February 2026 with the possibility of continuation of hours from March-June 2026, dependent on project outcomes.
The pay rate for this position starts at $28.00 per hour.
This is a primarily remote position. It will include occasional work time in the evening and/or weekends. Some meetings may be in-person and required to be on-site for the statewide convening.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or related field OR equivalent training and experience.
- Experience in project management, preferably in clinical/health setting, mental health advocacy or community-based initiatives.
Preferred:
- Experience in clinical or health service grant and project development/management or similar field.
- Previous supervisory experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Required:
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders, build partnerships, and foster collaboration with a diverse community of stakeholders
- Computer skills with ability to use Microsoft 365 Office Apps, project management software (e.g. monday.com), online data collection (e.g. Qualtrics) and web conferencing skills (e.g. Zoom)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to self-monitor and work independently.
- Flexibility, creativity and a spirit of collaboration to address developing programmatic needs.
- Fluency in English. Must be able to read and communicate, including presenting and other professional services in English.

- Spanish language skills.
