Job Type: On Call/Extra

Pay: $14.24/hr (Culinary Union Rate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service, taking food and beverage orders, and delivering them in a professional and friendly manner
• Operate the cash register, accurately processing payments and handling cash
• Maintain a solid knowledge of menu items and daily specials, offering suggestions to guests and looking for opportunities to “up-sell”
• Ensure food safety by following proper procedures, including labeling, dating, and checking temperatures of products
• Keep work area clean, sanitized, and well-stocked following Southern Nevada Health District guidelines
• Ensure patrons have a positive, enjoyable experience with exceptional service

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays
• Cash handling experience and proficiency with payment processing
• Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to obtain required work cards (TAM & Health)
