ABOUT EL CORTEZ:
Located in the heart of Fremont east entertainment district, El Cortez opened in 1941 and was the first major resort in Downtown Las Vegas. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 21
- Pass pre-employment (urine) drug and alcohol test
- Must be available to work any shift when necessary, including weekends & holidays
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to stand for a long time and move quickly

- Attention to detail
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware
- Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters and take them to kitchen for cleaning
- Maintains table settings by removing finished courses and replenishing utensils as necessary
- Maintains clean and sanitary work areas
- Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
