What are the responsibilities and job description for the HRIS Analyst (WS) position at EL CENTRO DE LA RAZA?
The HRIS Analyst Work Study position will assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR-related data to support decision-making processes. This includes maintaining and updating HR databases, generating reports on employee metrics, and performing data validation to ensure accuracy. The student will collaborate with the HR team to assist in tracking recruitment, retention, and employee performance trends. Additionally, the role may involve assisting in the development and implementation of datadriven HR strategies and preparing visual presentations of HR findings to assist leadership in making informed decisions.
Qualifications:Applicants must be currently enrolled in a degree program, with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. A strong understanding of data analysis principles, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) preferred. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills are essential.
