NOW HIRING Hostess/Trainee Servers
At El Agave Mexican Grill & Bar – Tuscaloosa, we're looking for team members who are eager to learn, grow, and provide outstanding customer service.
All new servers will begin as a Host/Hostess and To-Go Specialist.
This training period is designed to help you:
- Learn our menu inside and out.
- Understand our POS and ordering system.
- Get familiar with table sections and restaurant flow.
- Learn our service standards and guest expectations.
- Build the confidence needed to become a successful server.
We believe that learning every part of the front of the house creates stronger servers and better guest experiences.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
