Responsibilities
The Retail Brand Campaign Manager will play a key role in building and delivering omni-channel campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Campaign Planning & Execution (40%)
- Partner with Director of Brand Strategy & Campaign to plan, brief, and execute full-funnel campaign initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle across key channels.
- Align cross-functional partners on timelines, deliverables, and campaign goals.
- Develop and manage 30-60-90 campaign planning tools.
- Coordinate brand asset creation and delivery.
- Retail & Ecommerce Asset Development (30%)
- Lead development of store signage and in-store marketing assets.
- Ensure ecommerce assets align with campaign priorities.
- Support product launches and regional retail-specific promotions.
- Project & Process Management (20%)
- Drive marketing workstream coordination and status tracking.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Manage campaign budget tracking and monthly accruals.
- Maintain asset usage rights tracking and content libraries.
- Reporting & Collaboration (10%)
- Support campaign recaps and optimization plans.
- Help build campaign planning documentation.
- Partner with Field Marketing to scale campaigns nationally and locally.
- Other duties as assigned
- 3–5 years of experience in brand, campaign, or marketing project management roles.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel campaign planning and retail brand execution.
- Experience coordinating with creative teams, vendors, and external agencies.
- Proficient in managing timelines, budgets, content calendars, and asset workflows.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with retail environments and store communications.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
