What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize tools (Airtable, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint) for cross-functional workflows, including intake, planning, delivery, and reporting
- Build scalable Airtable databases, dashboards, and user interfaces for diverse teams
- Implement automations and integrations (Slack, APIs, Jira) to simplify processes
- Troubleshoot systems, debug workflows, and ensure performance, usability, and data integrity
- Gather requirements, map processes, and translate them into scalable tooling solutions
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and onboarding resources
- Act as the go-to resource for tooling support, best practices, and continuous improvements
- 4 years of experience in tooling, operations, or systems analyst roles, with advanced Airtable skills (admin-level, automations, integrations)
- Proven experience scaling Airtable across multiple teams, designing relational databases, and building interfaces
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools: Jira and Confluence
- 2 years of experience in Product, Technology, or Media environments
- Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex systems clearly
- Ability to optimize workflows, troubleshoot systems, and improve performance at scale
