ektello is partnering with a retail leader in San Francisco to find an experienced Change Manager to join their growing team. This will be hybrid, w2 contract and the consultant will be onsite 1 day per week in San Francisco. During the contract, we include PTO, and we offer medical and 401k benefit options. Must be able and willing to work on W2 without sponsorship; no c2c options.
Change Management Consultant
6 years’ experience overseeing activities focused on driving culture changes by helping leaders achieve sustainable performance improvements through building greater capability for change within their workforces and teams.
Conduct organizational readiness assessment, evaluate results and present summary of findings prior to recommending change plan to project team and senior leaders.
Understand and advise leadership team on Organizational Development, Change or Behavioral Change Issues that may need to be addressed for a successful roll-out.
