HR Coordinator (SAP HR) – Contract
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator with strong SAP HR experience to support a fast-paced HR operations team. We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator with strong SAP HR experience to support a fast-paced HR operations team. What You’ll Do
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintenance in SAP HR, including Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA)
- Ensure employee records are accurate, compliant, and up to date
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support, responding to employee and manager inquiries
- Support onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and other employee lifecycle transactions
- Audit and maintain HR data integrity, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Troubleshoot HR-related issues and escalate complex cases as needed
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to support daily operations
- Use Slack and internal tools to manage requests and collaborate efficiently
- Document processes and contribute to ongoing improvements
- 2 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with SAP HR (HCM), specifically OM and PA modules
- Strong experience with HRIS systems, including data entry, maintenance, and auditing
- Understanding of core HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee records, compliance)
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Slack or similar collaboration tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with HR reporting or analytics
- Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and compliance
- Experience in a high-volume or shared services HR environment
