As a Production Associate, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that products meet our quality standards. You will be responsible for various tasks within the production line, including operating power tools, deburring, and potentially painting. You must be able to follow English instructions, work in extreme heat, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Operate and maintain production equipment and power tools as required.
- Perform deburring tasks to ensure smooth and accurate finishes on products.
- Assist with painting tasks as needed, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Follow detailed English instructions and procedures to complete production tasks accurately.
- Work efficiently in extreme heat conditions to maintain production schedules.
- Lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on the production floor.
- Adhere to company policies, including the prohibition of phone use on the production floor.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to speak and read English instructions effectively.
- Experience with power tools is required.
- Experience in deburring and painting is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Ability to work in extreme heat conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Working Hours: 11:00PM-7:00AM
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
