JOB OVERVIEW
Support the production of complex electro-mechanical equipment. This role may involve hands-on assembly of robotic components, warehouse material handling, or a combination of both, depending on business needs. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Electromechanical Assembly - Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
- Assembly support or material handling tasks:
- Moving, staging, or delivering materials and components to workstations.
- Operating pallet jacks, carts, or other material handling equipment.
- Assisting with kitting, labeling, and organization of production parts.
- Supporting inventory accuracy through proper documentation and scanning.
- Performs other jobs related to assembly, repair, and rework as required.
- Must be able to follow written work instructions and perform data entry into various production systems.
- Performs quality inspections and works with an understanding of what is critical to quality.
- Documents actions by completing production and quality forms/entries.
- Works with safety as a priority by following procedures and applying general safe practices in manufacturing.
Required experience:
- 0-1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to interpret manufacturing documentation (work instructions, part drawings, or traveler paperwork)
