We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler/Packer to join our production team. The Assembler/Packer will be responsible for assembling and packaging products according to specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly and packing operations, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and parts to produce finished products according to work instructions.
- Pack finished products into boxes or containers, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Perform quality inspections of assembled products to verify conformance to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including assembly and packing stations.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Assist in inventory management by counting, recording, and organizing parts and materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in assembly and packing operations is preferred.
- Ability to follow written instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools and equipment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
