EKHO Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Batcher to ensure accurate concrete batching and keep production running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment, following precise processes, and being an essential part of manufacturing operations.
What You'll Do
- Prepare accurate concrete batch mixes
- Monitor materials, admixtures, and temperatures
- Complete production documentation
- Clean and maintain batching equipment
- Identify and report maintenance or quality issues
- Support a safe and efficient production process
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing or batching experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- ACI and NPCA certifications are a plus (company-paid certification available)
