EKHO Infrastructure Solutions is looking for a Plant Production Planner to own the production scheduling process at one of our manufacturing facilities. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and delivered on time by coordinating production schedules, materials, labor, and plant resources.

What You'll Do
As our Plant Production Planner, you will:
- Develop and manage daily and long-range production schedules
- Prioritize production based on customer demand, plant capacity, labor, and material availability
- Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Purchasing, Shipping, and Engineering to ensure production readiness
- Monitor production performance and adjust schedules as priorities change
- Procure project-specific materials needed to keep production on schedule
- Lead production planning and backlog meetings
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Communicate schedule updates and production priorities to plant leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve scheduling accuracy, inventory management, and on-time delivery
- Support capacity planning and operational improvements across the plant
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
- Associate degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent manufacturing experience)
- 5 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, scheduling, supply chain, or similar industrial operations
- Strong understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory control, and manufacturing workflows
- Experience using ERP/MRP and production scheduling systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
- Ability to make independent operational decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience reading production drawings and manufacturing documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in precast concrete manufacturing
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience

Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing facility and requires regular interaction with production teams. Exposure to industrial equipment, varying temperatures, noise, and outdoor conditions is expected. Appropriate PPE is required. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds may be necessary.
