Your Role As Our Security Patrol Specialist
As an unarmed Security Patrol Specialist, you play a vital role in ensuring safety and professionalism. You conduct fixed and roving patrols across client properties, serving as a first-line ambassador. You enforce client procedures and maintain exceptional customer service, all while being prepared to respond quickly and calmly to critical situations.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state
- Customer service experience
- 2 years of security experience and/or military/LEO
- Authorization to legally work in the United States
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge to operate the radio, telephone, and console monitors
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Access to reliable transportation that allows for short-notice response throughout the Atlanta Metro area
- Ability to work any shift, 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to complete crisis prevention training and site-specific training before serving as a qualified security officer
- Ability to pass any state-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to reach over your head with 10-25 lb loads
- Ability to walk up and down stairs, with loads up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods and use ladders
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (8 hours)
- Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to work at a desk and use a keyboard
