As a Security Officer Patrol Guard in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a premier financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document relevant details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including the lobby, banking areas, offices, exterior grounds, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity to help support authorized entry procedures and report unusual or suspicious activity to site contacts and/or local authorities when needed.
• Support daily operations by observing the location for security-related concerns, assisting with directions and general questions, and communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
