Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations, GMP documentation management, and communication between departments.

This position plays an important role in maintaining company records, supporting production process improvements, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize, maintain, and update GMP-related documents, records, and files.
• Assist with document control and administrative support for quality and production departments.
• Coordinate communication between office staff, production teams, customers, and management.
• Track, document, and follow up on production line issues, improvement projects, and operational feedback.
• Assist with process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain employee attendance records and administrative reports.
• Support general office operations and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin highly preferred — our team regularly communicates with Mandarin-speaking production staff, and this skill supports smoother day-to-day coordination.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient with AI tools, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, ClickUp, and general computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
