What You’ll Do
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support digital signage and IT systems at MKE Airport
- Follow instructions from supervisors and IT stakeholders
- Support uptime and performance of airport technology systems
- Follow standard IT security practices and safety procedures
- Review IT and construction plans; maintain clean, safe workspaces
- Work with digital media players, A/V equipment, network devices, and displays
- Experience with IT systems and tools (laptops, tablets, smart devices)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, networking equipment, and IT best practices
- Comfort working on active construction sites and using basic power tools
- Familiarity with scissor and boom lifts
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently
- Military experience or IT/construction certifications preferred
- No college degree required—just proven experience and the right attitude
- 10-year background check and 10-panel drug screening
- Valid driver's license and proof of work eligibility
- Steel toe boots, safety vest, and hard hat required onsite
