An established plaintiff personal injury law firm in Miami, FL, is hiring an experienced and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team. This person will support a Senior Partner in various personal injury matters from inception through trial.
Requirements and Duties:
- 3 years of experience working on plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
- Prepare, draft, and e-file discovery, pleadings, motions, and other documents
- Trial preparation, including coordinating and communicating with all relevant parties, preparing trial docs, binders, exhibits, experts, etc.
- Review, analyze, and summarize medical records, bills, etc
- Schedule and calendar depositions, mediations, and manage deadlines.
- Handle post-judgment matters
- Case Management and maintain client communications

Salary : $65,000 - $95,000
