Job Summar
yWe are seeking a Network LAN/WLAN Engineer (L1) to join our IT Infrastructure team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise LAN and WLAN environments, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, and assisting with the deployment and maintenance of Cisco-based network infrastructure
.This role is ideal for an engineer with a solid networking foundation who is looking to grow within a large enterprise environment while working alongside senior network engineers

Key Responsibiliti
- esProvide Level 1 operational support for enterprise LAN and WLAN infrastructur
- e.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity issues affecting users, devices, and application
- s.Install, configure, and replace network hardware, including switches, routers, wireless access points, and related infrastructur
- e.Perform basic configuration changes on Cisco network devices under established change management procedure
- s.Support enterprise wireless environments, including SSID connectivity, authentication, and access point troubleshootin
- g.Assist with network deployments, upgrades, hardware refreshes, and site implementation
- s.Perform network health checks and validate network performance after maintenance activitie
- s.Escalate complex incidents to Level 2/Level 3 Network Engineers when appropriat
- e.Document incidents, root cause findings, and network changes in the ticketing syste
- m.Work closely with desktop support, server, security, and infrastructure teams to resolve cross-functional issue
- s.Participate in scheduled maintenance windows, including occasional evenings and weekend

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
