TMS Functional Consultant
Atlanta, GA (5 Days Onsite)
Duration: Contract / Long-term
Looking for a strong TMS Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Transportation Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather and translate business requirements into TMS solutions

Configure modules: routing, load planning, carrier selection, rating, tendering, freight settlement

Lead SIT, UAT, and overall testing strategy

Work on EDI/API integrations (204, 990, 214, 210)

Support data migration (rates, carriers, routing guides)

Handle go-live, cutover, and post-production support

Work closely with business, PMO, and technical teams
Required Skills:

7 years of TMS functional experience (any major TMS platform)

Strong knowledge of transportation planning & optimization

Experience in full-cycle TMS implementations

Hands-on with EDI/API integrations

Strong understanding of TL, LTL, parcel shipping
Nice to Have:

WMS / ERP integration experience

SQL or data validation experience

Logistics / supply chain domain background
