What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Supervisor position at Einstein's Solutions, Inc.?
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will direct and supervise the safe work of assignments to the landscape maintenance division and work as a member along with them in a professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives work orders and instructions from management.
- Oversees and coordinates all landscaping and snow activities.
- Manage vendors for subcontracted work.
- Ensures daily work schedule assigned runs smoothly and is completed in an efficient manner.
- Assures landscape workers are operating equipment in a safe manner and using proper safety equipment at all times according to safety standards.
- Performs required work in accordance with instructions including mowing, planting, watering, trimming trees and hedges, removing debris and snow removal.
- Operates landscaping equipment, including mowers, weed eaters, edger’s, blowers, hedge trimmers and various hand tools in accordance with approved operating requirements and safety procedures.
- Reports to management when work is completed and/or there are any problems or discrepancies with jobs.
- Maintains work area in a neat and clean manner.
- Advises management of malfunctioning tools and equipment.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures.
- Reports all injuries and occupational related illnesses immediately to management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
- 2-4 years related experience
- Valid driver's license
Salary:
- $25.00-$35.00 per hours, based on experience and qualifications.
