What's In It For You

• DURING TRAINING - $24.00 to $26.50 an hour: A typical trainee makes between $24.00 and $26.50 an hour ($18 base wage performance bonuses and tips).
• ONCE OUT OF TRAINING - $26.50 to $31.25 an hour: A lead mover typically makes between $26.50 and $31.25 an hour ($19.50 base wage performance bonuses and tips).
• Speaking of pay...we pay straight time for hours worked. From clock in to clock out, all hours count the same towards how much you make! No need to worry about billable vs non-billable hours affecting your true hourly rate.
• On Call Pay - Additional $5 an hour whenever you are called into work last minute.
• W2 Status (Not 1099) PLUS Great Benefits:

What's The Minimum Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push and / or pull heavy objects and materials (up to 125 pounds overhead, 200 pounds independently, and 500 pounds in coordination with other team members) frequently throughout an 8 hour day
• Availability to work at least 4 days a week of which 2 are weekend days (Thursday - Sunday)
• Must be 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record with at least 2 years of driving experience (CDL not required)
• Well rounded: customer service skills, strong initiative, excellent communicator, team oriented, and loves to learn
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical
