We’re getting ready to enter a high-growth stage and need a growth marketing manager to help lay the foundation for a scalable marketing engine that will grow with the company.
About the Role
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, developing, and executing demand generation programs that create and accelerate pipeline.
You’re equally comfortable producing high-performing content, analyzing audience and performance data, and building error-free workflows. You know how to set KPIs, own a pipeline number, report on progress, and optimize for performance.
You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work cross-functionally with GTM leadership, sales, product, and customer success.
What You’ll Do
Own the Full Marketing Funnel
- Plan, develop, and execute full-funnel demand generation campaigns across all marketing channels to proactively move buyers through the funnel.
- Design and build email nurtures and automations, including persona-based sequences and triggered workflows.
- Build landing pages and implement conversion-focused website optimizations in HubSpot CMS.
- Assist with other growth channel initiatives (webinars, co-marketing, partner content, events).
Create High-Performing Content
- Produce content across formats: long-form editorial (blogs, guides), short-form copy (email, social, ad copy), webinars, and case studies.
- Collaborate with SMEs across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to inform messaging and value propositions.
- Collaborate with design to produce on-brand assets and visually engaging content.
Manage Paid Media
- Take ownership of paid budgets and marketing campaigns.
- Partner with agency teams on campaign setup, QA, reporting, and ongoing optimization.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with revenue goals.
Analyze, Optimize & Test
- Partner with leadership on funnel metrics, pipeline targets, and conversion goals.
- Track and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics in HubSpot.
- Identify trends and translate data into actionable insights.
- Continuously research, test, and implement new tools, methods, channels, and systems to accelerate growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record driving pipeline, revenue, and measurable ROI.
- Multi-channel campaign orchestrator experienced across digital, email, and event platforms
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot; highly comfortable with audience segments, workflows, data management, and reporting.
- Basic understanding of AI platforms, generative AI models, agent-based workflows, and marketing automation use cases.
- Comfortable going from idea to execution to analysis without needing a big team or constant oversight.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present insights clearly.
- The ability to maintain brand consistency across campaigns and communications.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary: $120K to $150K
