You will own campaigns end-to-end—from concept to launch to iteration.
This is not a coordination role. You will build.

What You’ll Do
- Launch marketing campaigns across email, content, and distribution channels
- Write high-quality marketing assets (emails, landing pages, content)
- Own execution in HubSpot (workflows, lists, campaigns, reporting)
- Improve lead follow-up and nurture to increase conversion
- Work directly with sales and CS to support pipeline and revenue goals
- Ship quickly, measure results, and iterate
- 4–7 years in B2B marketing
- You’ve owned campaigns, not just contributed to them
- Strong writer—clear, concise, and conversion-focused
- Hands-on with HubSpot or similar tools
- High agency—you don’t wait for instructions
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, low-structure environment
- Output: how much you ship
- Quality: how well it performs
- Ownership: how independently you operate
- Not a pure content role
- Not a junior coordinator
- Not a strategy-only position
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
