Do you love checking off to-do lists? Medasource is looking to hire an energetic, organized and passionate Marketing Intern to assist in organizing, strategizing, and executing projects with the marketing team.
About the Role
The Marketing Intern position requires an organized, enthusiastic, and flexible individual who is capable of thinking on her/his feet, takes initiative, can work independently and is self-motivated. The person should be creative and have excellent customer service skills. The position reports and supports the Medasource Marketing Strategist.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative marketing support to the Medasource marketing team on a variety of projects.
- Assist the content team with case studies, blog development and written content for various projects.
- Generate and build out social media campaigns for Medasource. Help schedule social media content for all channels and help track and respond to engagements.
- Help with marketing audits and organization of the internal marketing file structure and the company intranet to ensure marketing files are up to date and organized properly.
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day graphic operations, such as PowerPoint development and review, sales collateral editing on the Adobe Design Suite, and logo requests.
- Participate in brainstorming projects with the marketing team to come up with new ideas and initiatives for the company.
Qualifications:
- Studying marketing, events, advertising, communications or related business field.
Required Skills:
- Personable, upbeat, and professional communication style.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Extremely detail oriented, well-organized and capable of handling multiple tasks at a time.
- Experience with Adobe Design Suite is a plus!
- Ability to work 20 hours per week.
- Based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.
