The Opportunity
We are seeking an elite Enterprise Sales Executive — a true hunter — to drive new business with Fortune 1000 brands and large organizations hosting major conferences, multi-day events, and high-stakes experiences.
This is a role for someone who is competitive, strategic, relationship-driven, and deeply motivated to win. You will lead complex consultative sales cycles, influence senior decision-makers, and close six- and seven-figure opportunities.

What You Will Own
New Business Acquisition (Enterprise Focus)
- Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise accounts
- Lead outreach to VP, Director, and C-suite event owners
- Navigate multi-stakeholder, multi-month sales cycles
- Drive net-new annual revenue from your portfolio
Consultative, High-Impact Selling
- Understand Client needs across event production and creative areas
- Build persuasive solutions that connect Client business objectives to event outcomes
- Lead presentations, demos, pitches, and proposal strategy
- Manage RFPs and complex bids with support from creative & production teams
Relationship Leadership
- Develop long-term partnerships with enterprise clients
- Collaborate closely with EideCom operations and sales support teams
- Ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution
- Become a trusted advisor who can influence future event strategy
Market Leadership
- Represent EideCom at industry events, conferences, networking functions
- Bring competitive intelligence and market trends back to leadership
- Help shape our go-to-market strategy as we scale
What an Elite Performer Looks Like
Required
- 3-5 years of B2B sales success with a track record of results
- Experience selling high-value, consultative solutions (enterprise preferred)
- Proven ability to hunt, self-generate pipeline, and close complex deals
- Exceptional communication — confident, clear, and persuasive
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and events
Bonus
- Experience in event production, creative services, or AV solutions
- Background managing RFP-driven or multi-million-dollar accounts
- A strong existing network of enterprise marketing or event decision-makers
