Role: Lab Computing Services (LCS)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for lab PCs, instruments, and Windows environments.
- Manage Active Directory, security tools, and anti-virus/malware solutions.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, data migration, and remote desktop issues.
- Maintain inventory of lab systems and peripherals.
- Collaborate with scientists, vendors, and IT teams on system upgrades and integrations.
- Document procedures and create Knowledge Base articles.
- 5 years of experience with Windows 10 OS and Active Directory.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
- Experience with Altiris/SCCM, imaging, OS installation, and backups.
