Right now, we are looking for a confident, capable, successful, and team-driven General Manager!!
To be qualified for this position, please have this knowledge of your current and recent work history experience in the best detail you can provide:
- What is the sales volume for your current and prior locations?
- How many people have you managed? How many people have you promoted or assisted with in getting promoted?
- Have you climbed the ladder to reach your position?
- Have you been able to increase sales under your leadership? Lower employee retention? I am looking for ways in which, under your management, your location has improved.
Managers' duties and development:
· Be the first point of contact between the owners and the staff, as well as vendors
· Be supported and developed with intensive training and learn all about our company and process
· Uphold high service standards while helping our team meet our clients' goals
· Can maintain a strong presence, keeping staff inspired
Company/Career Highlights:
· Set a schedule with your choice of a 10-hour /5-day week or a 8-hour / 6-day week
· Granted with a great salary of $50k-$60k
· Includes PTO – Ever 6-months accrued 5 days
