Position Overview:
Growing hospitality organization seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, financial performance, team development, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational expertise and the ability to communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members.
*No late nights*
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- 3 years of General Manager experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience managing P&L and labor costs
- High-volume hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or service-industry experience preferred
- Ability to build relationships with a diverse workforce
