Seeking an experienced Executive Production Chef to lead large-scale culinary operations for a respected food production company serving over 30,000 meals daily across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.
This is not a restaurant-based Executive Chef role β looking for someone with industrial or high-volume production experience (commissary, prepared foods, or large-scale catering, contact food service).
The ideal candidate will be a true bilingual professional (English/Spanish) β not conversational, but fully fluent β as many department heads and production leads are Spanish-speaking.
Key Requirements:
- 5 years in large-scale or industrial food production leadership
- Proven success managing multi-shift culinary teams (40 employees)
- Expertise in operational efficiency, food safety, and quality control
- Strong communication and team development skills in both English & Spanish
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
