A growing hospitality group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing operations of a new upscale casual restaurant in the Glenview area.

The General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including financial performance, team development, guest satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Lead all front and back-of-house operations
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing management and hourly team
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiencies
- Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
- Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
- Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and growth
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and health and safety regulations
- 5 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Proven track record of driving financial results and team development
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Experience opening new restaurants is highly preferred
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- $115,000 - $125,000 base salary
