About the Role
StarTex is seeking qualified candidates to join our growing team of Strategic Account Executives, who are charged with driving revenue through new customer acquisition and will own the sales process for prospects interested in purchasing EHS Insight.
Responsibilities
- Work with cutting edge technology and advanced artificial intelligence
- Deliver high-quality solutions tailored to client requirements
- Work on a variety of projects ranging in both size and scope
- Receive exposure to continuously expanding opportunities
- Complete sales demonstrations set by Business Development Representatives
- Execute a Sales Plan for achieving assigned revenue targets
- Exceed monthly/quarterly targets
- Generate referrals and account penetration opportunities
- Maintain extremely accurate Salesforce accounts and forecast
- Proposal writing, ROI analysis and closing the sale
- Continuously grow your knowledge of products, industry and competition
Qualifications
- Two Year degree required; four year degree is preferred
- Background check
- 3-5 years of experience minimum
Required Skills
- SaaS sales experience preferably in the EHS, QMS, and ESG space
- Understanding of complex sales cycles and processes
- Ability to navigate through Enterprise decision making teams and build quantifiable ROI and business impact proposals based on value
- Experience in deep discovery into business processes and ability to demo software to potential clients based on functional needs
- Prospecting experience using tools like HubSpot, N.Rich, Gong, Seamless, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
