Essential Duties:- Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention, upsell, and satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with Regional Sales Leaders, CSMs (Customer Success Managers), and BDMs (Business Development Managers) to ensure service continuity and solution alignment.
- Lead contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and cross-regional service coordination.
- Monitor KPIs including customer spend, contract longevity, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 10 years in B2B sales or strategic account management, preferably in facilities or technical services.
- Proven success managing complex, multi-site clients.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot or equivalent).
