Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Clinic-Based | Cypress Speaks Speech Therapy
Cypress Speaks Speech Therapy is a growing, pediatric private practice in Cypress, TX, and we are looking for a motivated, compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team.
We are a clinic-based setting focused on providing high-quality, play-based therapy with strong clinical support and mentorship.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday
- Hours: Full-time (clinic hours between 9 AM – 7 PM)
- Setting: Pediatric outpatient clinic select partner sites (e.g., ABA centers)
- Session Length: 30 minutes
What You’ll Do
- Provide speech therapy services under SLP supervision
- Implement treatment plans targeting language, articulation, AAC, and social communication
- Document sessions
- Collaborate with supervising SLP and families

Qualifications
- Active Texas SLPA license
- Pediatric experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
