Position: Senior Director, Community Based Services
Location: Saline, MI | Full-Time
The Senior Director, Community Based Services is responsible for the overall success of LifeChoices, EHM Senior Solutions’ member-based Continuing Care at Home program incorporating oversight of personal care and companionship services as well as other ancillary services. This senior leadership role is charged with ensuring growth, operational excellence, and accountability across these service divisions.
This role provides strategic oversight, operational leadership, and accountability for outcomes, ensuring goals for revenue, service quality, and client satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
- Division Oversight & Accountability
- Ensure all services (personal care and companionship, housekeeping, handyman services, medical transportation, etc.) are delivered efficiently and to high quality standards.
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance, implementing course corrections as needed.
- Strategic Growth & Development
- Partner with the LifeChoices Business Development Manager to ensure sales and referral strategies translate into division growth.
- Support development of new services and initiatives that meet emerging client needs.
- Actively contribute to member growth and long-term sustainability of the programs.
- Leadership & Staff Development
- Supervise managers and staff, driving accountability and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Provide coaching, goal-setting, and ongoing development for team members.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
- Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent substantial leadership experience will be considered.
- 5 years of progressive leadership experience in private duty home care, senior living, continuing care at home or related programs and services (Michigan or comparable state).
- Strong track record of driving operational performance, managing budgets, and leading teams.
- Ability to translate sales/referral activity into division growth and sustainability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on accountability.
- Business-minded, results-driven, and client-focused.
