Work Days/ Hours: Contingent Position
- Any day Monday - Friday, set own hours
- 3-4 admissions/week
- On-Call Rotation: Yes
- 1 summer holiday, 1 winter holiday and 1 weekend a month

- Review request for physical therapy and physicians orders.
- Interview client to determine type of treatment and schedule therapy.
- Evaluate type of therapy most desirable after consulting with physician.
- Assist clients in ambulatory training as necessary.
- Recommend modifications and changes in the clients therapy treatment as indicated.
- Ensure that all therapist notes are informative and descriptive of the care provided and of the clients response to the care.
- Select rehabilitative and therapeutic activities and exercises based on medical and social history of clients.

- Washtenaw County
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or program
- Must possess an active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan in good standing
- 1 year of homecare experience preferred
- Experience with Wellsky/Kinnser and Forcura preferred
