- Build strong, compassionate relationships with residents and provide person-centered care
- Support residents with activities of daily living, including personal care needs
- Administer medications and monitor residents’ health and well-being
- Observe, assess, and communicate changes in residents’ conditions to the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
- Uphold a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for residents and staff
- Participate in additional duties as assigned to support resident care and team operations
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the State of Michigan (required)
- Long-term care experience (preferred)
- Subacute rehabilitation experience (preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to relay resident condition updates effectively
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with excellent bedside manner
- Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care
